The techniques are an incredibly elegant linguisitic method of accessing the root cause of negative emotions and limiting decisions.  Throughout life, we are exceptionally good at building up emotional baggage or limiting decisions; which weigh us down and perhaps have an impact on enjoying life to the maximum, succeeding and living our dreams.  When something is unresolved at an unconscious level, it will keep replaying in your life until you learn from the event.

How does the tecnhique work?

We go through the technique with the client in conscious awake state and utilising linguistics the client accesses their unconscious mind (or sub-conscious) mind to go back and find the root cause of the emotion or limiting decision. The reason we do this, is to allow the client to learn from that event (content free) and this allows the client to release the emotion or limiting decision.

If you have a bad day, get stressed and go home still stressed - what does that feel like? What if instead, you have a stressful moment and decided to learn from it - how would that feel instead?

The learnings from any event are a keep part to enabling us to lead enriched, fulfilling lives; because we are without emotional stressful baggage!
