Communication

During our NLP self-development programmes including NLP Practitioner and NLP Master Practitioner, you will learn how you and other's communicate.

Communication is a process that will all do - unconsciously.

Did you know only 7% of your communication is verbal (the words that you use)?

The other 93& of your communication is through your physiology, state, behaviour and tone of voice.  Learn how to ensure your communication is congruent with the message that you want others to see and hear.

You will also learn to communicate with your unconscious mind (part of your nervous system) to enable you to change your behaviour, strategies, habits, state (when you need or want to) and to change your beliefs and values (that do not support your goals).

 

Customer Relationships

There are thousands of "sales" and "relationship management" courses available and all of them have been structured and modelled from someone who has an excellent selling or relationship management abilities. Unfortunately, knowing this valuable information at conscious level is entirely different to installing the processes, strategies, beliefs and values at an unconscious level.

During your NLP development programme, you will learn how to install useful strategies, beliefs and values for successful customer relationships.

You will also learn the art of rapport. Some people have excellent rapport skills and they are able to relate to anyone and others find this process a lot more difficult. We will show you how to do the process of rapport so that you can build and maintain relationships with anyone (including yourself).

 

Values and your Motivations

We all have individual motivations - the Why of what you do. Why do you have career that you have?  Why do you do what you do?

These motivations are what are important to us and they determine how we spend our time and energy and our focus.  Our Values are high-level generalisations and are often are out of a person's conscious awareness.

At NLP Practitioner level, you will be introduced to Values and then during the NLP Master Practitioner course you will study Values at an end depth level and truly understand your personal motivations. You will be able to see how you modelled your values and beliefs from those around you during your childhood - family, education, environment,  friends etc. We will also show you how to change your values, if they are out of alignment with your goals.

You will have a complete understanding of Values-Levels thinking too, giving you the ability to understand your own thinking and also others. You will be able enter other people's model of the world (what they believe, value etc), enabling respect and rapport at a deep level. This is paramount if you want to work successfully with others in any context - coaching, management, parenting, teaching, sport etc.

 

Negotiation

Do you have conflict at work/within your team? Do you have skills in negotiation?

Would it be useful for you to understand the process of negotiation and have the skills to resolve any conflict?

We will show you a process of negotiation that is 100% effective for wn/win.

 

Linguistics
